Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa

Yummy and rich with a hint of salt. For 1 cup of cocoa, mix 2 tablespoons with ¼ cup of milk (or water) and whisk well. Then add ¾ cup more milk and heat. For a family-sized batch, whisk ½ cup of mix with 1 cup milk (or water), whisk well, add 4 more cups of milk, heat, and serve. Also available in Classic Hot Cocoa, Hazelnut Hot Cocoa, or Cocoa Masala
